RLW
Ralf Wehowsky is a German composer who records as RLW. He started in the early 1980s with P16.D4, a Frankfurt group from the post-industrial scene, and later moved on to solo and collaborative work. His music is built by transforming recorded sound material, often passing it to other artists to rework. He is best known for P16.D4 and for Tulpas, a five-CD project built on exchanges with other sound artists. Ralf Wehowsky made his first recordings with Permutative Distortion, which became P.D. and then P16.D4.
