While the institutions keep on celebrating dead artists, Editions AcquAvivA is publishing the very first catalog on the work of Aude Jessemin, the most significant feminine Lettrist artist of the Sixties (and Jacques Spacagna’s first wife). Aude Jessemin has accomplished a very important hypergraphic work that has been totally erased from the history of the Lettrist movement. For her 80th birthday, the book dealer Paul Veyssière will host Aude Jessemin and her publisher Frédéric Acquaviva to launch not only this catalog that reproduces for the first time 50 artworks of her unknown to the public, but also 3 serigraphs, the first ones created by her since 50 years, which have previously been shown at Hamurger Bahnhof in Berlin last December.
Edition of 100 copies.
