A collection of (un)typical Lópezian field recordings made around the world (Amazon, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, Spain, South Africa, Costa Rica, Morocco and more): rather short acoustic snapshots or processed collages of incredible sounding phenomena from birds, insects and animals, unknown objects, found sounds or mysterious sub-drones and overwhelming weather noises. Not one boring moment!
The eight Untitled pieces were created in 2011 at mobile messor, López's travelling studio, between Amsterdam, Lima, Mamori, Granada, Madrid and Den Haag, from environmental sound recorded in Tokyo in summer 2011, at Mamori Lake in Brazil and in Bogotá and Lima in fall 2011, and in many other locations between 1995 and 2010. 43 minutes, in a massive oversized A5 fold-out cover, limited to 444 copies.
