Her debut solo album, "Ys," was released as a cassette tape and digital download on the Belgian label Edições CN in December 2022 and received high praise. "We are now approaching Mo i Rana" is the next physical solo album release after "Ys."

This 20-track album consists mainly of the series pas, made up of field recordings that capture the soundscape of a forest walk in spring. The other tracks are different field recordings and quiet performances by Cats using theremin, piano and voice. Unified throughout by her characteristic soft and dreamlike mood, this is an album of great depth and richness.
