After the Messa Alleluia the Pro Civitate kept Marcello Giombini busy, and Camminiamo nella speranza ("We Walk in Hope") is one of the follow-ups: songs for the assembly in the same beat-liturgical idiom, electric guitars and organ under choral melodies designed to be learned in one hearing. Giombini's gift was for a tune that a congregation could carry, and the record is full of them.
