Marco Deflorian's Fiume che vai ("River, You Who Flow") is one of the Pro Civitate's singer-songwriter records, the label's response to the cantautore boom: a solo voice with guitar and small ensemble, songs of faith written in the language of Guccini and De André rather than of the hymnal. It is quieter than the Giombini records and closer to the Italian folk revival.
Original PCC pressing. The Assisi catalogue's range, from Vlad's cantata to this, is the story of the Italian Church trying to find a voice in the seventies and trying several.
