A collection of Christina Kubisch electromagnetic pieces which have been recorded with special custom made headphones between 2010 and 2012. "cloud" refers to the ever more prevalent technological process of storing data as public clouds, private clouds, hybrid clouds or community clouds. the origins of the sounds are the electromagnetic fields of digital transfer loci like server rooms, security systems, electrical power stations and other places of dense electrical activity in europe, canada, the united states and china. electromagnetic waves that are normally imperceptible to us become audible. cloud is a drone piece created from the material sounds of cloud computing. "under construction" is a mix of the electromagnetic sounds from a construction site of a huge building and the sounds of small japanese robots. "zero machine" is based on magnetic recordings of light objects, mostly from the sixties, of the zero group. "flux" is a composition of the electromagnetic waves of various displays of fluxus objects shown in the museum am ostwall in dortmund, germany
