Less aggressive and more focused on quasi hip-hop beats, "Gnosis" is again built on raw loops of almost broken circuitry, semi-danceable beats are sometimes interrupted by more meditative and spacey moments or disturbed by stretched and unintelligible vocals.
What also emerges sometimes from the numerous layers is a sense of lament, a blues for the year 3.000 maybe.
