Original edition on Cenacolo of the 1983 library album of great dramatic experimental music for percussion and effects.

condition (record/cover): M / NM

Leonardo Marletta made one record, and this is it: a library album of percussion and effects for the Roman publisher Cenacolo, released in 1983 and then forgotten until reissued more than thirty years later. The titles read like a mood board for a giallo, Violenza, Guerriglia, Allucinazioni, Apocalisse, Ritmo Giallo, and the music is built entirely from acoustic and electronic percussion, deep reverbs, cymbal work and the occasional smear of organ or electric piano.

Valerio Mattioli quotes it in Superonda as the moment library music stops describing anything and starts talking about itself, "an imaginary soundtrack for nothing," and that is exactly right; it sits nearer to early industrial and to avant-garde jazz percussion than to anything in the Cenacolo catalogue around it. Original mono pressing, orange sleeve.
