Globokar knew that senses aren't sealed compartments: you listen with skin, you touch with ears. Synesthesia isn't rhetorical figure but phenomenological fact.
The German label specializing in early music seems an incongruous choice for such advanced avant-garde. But Globokar would have appreciated the short-circuit: demonstrating that radical experimentation shares something with pre-Baroque repertoire, the same attention to articulation, gesture, the body that sounds. Preciosa Aulos understood that musical time isn't linear, that 1975 can neighbor 1575 without contradiction.
