Still sealed copy of the sole edition of the excellent 1979 album on Hungaroton with a superb long minimalist electro-acoustic piece from 1977 in addition to other unusual compositions from the 1970's for ancient metal plates, small ensemble, and solo piano by the Hungarian experimental composer.

condition (record/cover): M / M (still sealed)

Four works by Zoltán Jeney, a founder of the New Music Studio in Budapest, the circle that brought experimental and minimal ideas into Hungarian music in the 1970s. Impho 102/6 (1978) is played on six ancient metal plates by Jeney with fellow members László Sáry, László Vidovszky, András Wilheim and others, and Orpheus' Garden (1974) is for eight instruments.

A Hundred Years' Average (1977) sets the viola of Sándor Papp against two sine generators and ring modulator, with the electronic parts calculated on a computer at the Eötvös Loránd University, a long piece of slow beating tones. Zoltán Kocsis plays the piano solo End Game (1973). Hungaroton, 1979.
