2024 Stock. Japan release only. ** The duo Lustige Mutanten , consisting of Ludger Rößner (a.k.a. Exo Neutrino) and Tom Dokoupil (Siluetes 61, The Wirtschaftswunder), was active for a short time in the early 1980s and released the remarkable pre-NDW epic in 1981 on the band's own label Pop-O-Rekords “UnPop” with 13 minimalist tracks in a 7″ single format, which was delivered in a 12″ LP sleeve and can now be considered a collector’s item. Forty years later, “UnPop” is now available on CD for the first time as a carefully remastered new edition!

The strictly limited anniversary edition appears as a Japanese original release in two different versions by Suezan Studio, who have made a name for themselves with lovingly designed reissues of top-class Krautrock and NDW titles.

The “Deluxe Edition” of the CD, which has already been almost sold out in Japan, artistically imitates the concept of the 1981 vinyl version; it comes in “normal” CD format, but in a hand-printed cardboard pocket in 7″ single format. In addition to all 13 tracks from the original 7″ EP, it contains no fewer than 23 rare bonus tracks as well as an exclusive, 28-page booklet (approx. 16 x 16 cm) with all lyrics, exclusive liner notes and an interview with Ludger Rößner in German and English and Japanese!
