First press limited edition ★ 2-disc LP set ★ With obi The compilation album "Aiyokujinmin12kyudan" which features many artists from around Alchemy Records such as Hijokaidan, Subvert Blaze, Omoide Hatoba, Rapes, and Sekiri, is now available on vinyl for the first time! The legendary event "Aiyoku Minjin Jujiki Gekijo" was held at the legendary live house "Minor" in Kichijoji. The LP released by Pinacoteca Records in 1980 recorded the event, and inspired the Kansai indie warriors around Alchemy to create "Aiyokujinmin12kyudan". The album includes "Hiroshima Curved Air," a high-tech prog unit consisting of Tsuyama Atsushi of Omoide Hatoba and Okano of Saber Blaze, "Kintetsu Buffalo Springfield," which is moving for its beautiful approach by Tsuyama Atsushi, who also perfectly imitates Neil Young, and "Lotte Olivia Newton-John," a recording of a home live performance by the unit Miyu and Aya of Sekiri during the Obon festival in 1989. In addition to the impactful unit names modeled after the 12 professional baseball teams of the time, this is a silly masterpiece (or is it a masterpiece?) full of love and nourishment, capturing the real atmosphere of the Kansai underground scene of that era.
