Indefinite Boundary is proud to present the debut release from Savage – a producer with one of the greatest archive of beats the world has yet to hear. Savage was most active during the turn of the century in Philadelphia, PA. His instrumentals found their way onto local mixtapes, radio sessions and underground events in West Philadelphia and Center City with a mythical, legendary status.

Savage – Archives Vol.1 offers a comprehensive retrospective of the artist's output circa 2003-2005. Clearly conveyed across the 17 tracks is a viscous middle ground between both prime-era Neptunes sheen and Definitive Jux-infused grime. Savage worked to build beats primarily on the Korg Electribe-R – helping to sculpt a unique sound that is finally being heard on a wider platform more than two decades from creation.

From the opening triplet intensity of Manic to the metal-fused R&R, Standing Ovation's distinct Cuban Linx groove or the heads-down crunch of Creep, there's clear and expansive emotional resonance felt across Savage's productions. Never Die has a sweeping and driving melancholy, Stardust exudes platinum status and Get Out presents as a scattershot digital hardcore-meets-dub chemistry experiment set to explode.
